At Salite Clothing, we strive to provide you with the highest quality pieces you'll love. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make the return process as smooth as possible.

Return Policy

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. They should be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
  • Non-returnable items: Certain items, such as undergarments, customized pieces, or items marked as final sale, are not eligible for return.
  • Condition: Please ensure all items are returned free of odors, stains, or damage.

How to Return

  1. Contact our Customer Care Team to initiate a return.
  2. You’ll receive a prepaid return label and instructions to complete your return.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we’ve received your return.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, simply follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Additional Notes

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For international returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
